Attendance

Below, you will find a brief explanation as to how attendance is taken for each level of eLearning (elementary and secondary). Additionally, each explanation comes with a link to a flow chart that outlines general next steps in the process for unexcused absences. 

***If your student is going to be absent, please notify eLearning about any absences and NOT the student's Homeschool.

Elementary (Grades K-6)

 Secondary (Grades 7-12)
  • Attendance taken daily by teacher (teacher reported)
  • Attendance taken daily by teacher (teacher reported)
  • Teachers take attendance during morning meeting before 9:30AM and again in the Afternoon by 3:00pm
  • Teachers take attendance during each Required Zoom Meeting

  • Parent(s)/Guardian(s) can report absences using this form
  • Parent(s)/Guardian(s) can report absences using this form
