Opportunities in Our Schools

Our district provides many opportunities for our students to learn, grow, and thrive in inclusive and accessible environments. On top of exceptional educational experiences in classrooms, we also offer the following opportunities inside our district:

Elementary Experiences: Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education (CLDE), Special Education, Gifted Education, IB (International Baccalaureate, Charles Hay World School only), STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) and Physical Education, Art, and Music, after-school clubs, and more!

Secondary Experiences: Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education (CLDE), Special Education, Gifted Education, Online Learning, STEAM, Apprenticeship Programs, Honors and Advanced Placement courses, Concurrent Enrollment, GED Program, Career and Technical Education (including Cosmetology, Engineering, Business and Marketing, and much more).

Englewood Schools Annual Student Fees

Cherrelyn, Bishop, and Clayton Elementary: $15 Instructional Technology Fee 

Englewood Middle School: $25 Instructional Technology Fee; $30 Student Activity Fee

Englewood High School: $25 Instructional Technology Fee and $45 Student Activity Fee. Some courses have additional fees.

Colorado's Finest High School of Choice: $25 Instructional Technology Fee and a one-time registration fee of $150.

All four of our elementary schools offer free full day Kindergarten. To be eligible, children must be five years of age or older, on or before October 1 of the school year they start kindergarten. Kindergarten students have access to a wide variety of academic and social programs, including iPads, Music, Art, STEAM and PE.

If you are interested in having your child attend a school located within the Englewood School District other than their home school, please complete the choice enrollment process, located here. Return the form to the District Registrar during the choice enrollment window. Final decisions will be made within two weeks of the closing of the enrollment window and families will be notified by mail.

If you own or rent your home- Two or more acceptable documents as proof of residency.

• current lease
• recent contract of sale
• mortgage statement
• current utility bill

If you are staying with another family- ALL of the following documents are required as proof of residency.

• notarized letter that has been signed by the owner of the property.
• proof of residency for the owner of the property (see list above for acceptable documents) 

If Applicable:

Custody agreement/court order if parents are separated or divorced

Court-ordered guardianship papers if the student resides with someone other than a natural parent

Copy of IEP (Individualized Education Program), 504 Documentation or RtI 

This enrollment page is for non-Englewood (out-of-district) students wishing to take a Career and Technical Education (CTE) course in Englewood.  We currently partner with Cherry Creek School District, Douglas County School District, Littleton Public Schools and Sheridan School District. Englewood Schools students should not complete the registration process below; instead, Englewood students should visit the CTE application process page. 

Welcome to Englewood Schools Career and Technical Education programs!

CTE offers high school students engaging courses to prepare learners for college and careers. The classes combine academic standards, relevant and rigorous technical career content, and 21st Century learning and skills. Many of these courses are offered for college credit or will allow the student to earn a professional certificate upon the completion of the program. Out-of-district students should follow the steps below to participate in an Englewood CTE program.

1. Apply through your home school district. Each district has their own CTE application process. Please contact your counselor or home district CTE Coordinator for more information.
2. Wait for acceptance into the program. The home school district will approve or deny your application and then submit approved students to Englewood for official acceptance into the program. Please be aware the submitting your district's CTE application does not equate to being accepted into an Englewood program. Students will be notified of program acceptance/denial/waitlist status in April or May through a formal email or letter from the Englewood program coordinator or teacher.  
3. Complete Englewood Online Registration. Online registration must be completed before the first day of class.

• Accepted students must complete online registration in order to officially register in the program. Online registration information is listed below. 
• If you are an accepted student returning for a second year of an Englewood CTE program, please use the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to complete your registration. You will use your parent/guardian username and password to log in. If you have forgotten your username/password, please contact Lori Martinez at lori_martinez@engschools.net.

Document uploads such as birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residence are not required for out-of-district CTE program students. Please disable your pop-up blockers before you begin the registration process.
